Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days from dispatch. You'll get tracking info by email once your order ships. Full details on our Shipping Policy page.

Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders over R800. Smaller orders have a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Some items, including our bundles, ship individually from our fulfillment partners. Each piece is on its way as soon as you order, so packages can arrive on different days.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments, EFT, and Apple Pay, all processed securely through PayFast.

Is my payment information safe?
Yes — checkout is handled entirely by PayFast. We never see or store your card details.

Returns

Can I return an item?
Most unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days. See our Return Policy for details.

Products

Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Product pages list ingredients and intended use. If you have specific skin sensitivities, we recommend a patch test before first use.

Gifting

Can I send this as a gift?
Yes — on any product page, check "This is a gift" to add a gift note, and you can add gift wrapping for R39.
